FAQ

Stability FAQ

Can I do the assessment on my own?

Not entirely. You can do the majority on your own but will need help for the last section on Observed Behaviour. You can ask anyone to help you with this - a family member, caretaker, friend - as it is based on simple observation.

Why should I take the stability assessment?

Falling can be detrimental to your lifestyle and many don't realise how at-risk they are until it's too late. The Initial Stability Assessment is a preventative tool that identifies areas that can be acted upon to minimise this risk. Your General Practitioner can use these results to create an effective action plan.
